Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety, and regulations We are seeking a qualified and motivated Project Engineer to support the successful construction of a residential tower from the basement level through final handover. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, site coordination skills, and the ability to work effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and construction\-related issues. Monitor site progress and prepare regular reports on project status, productivity, and potential delays. Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation. Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety requirements, and local regulations. Assist in cost control by monitoring material usage, subcontractor performance, and variation works. Participate in site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities. Identify technical risks and propose practical solutions to maintain project progress. Support the Project Manager in project planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination. Maintain accurate project records, including RFIs, NCRs, site instructions, and progress reports. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field. 5–10 years of experience in building construction projects, preferably residential towers or high\-rise developments. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, structural works, architectural finishes, and MEP coordination. Proficiency in project management and engineering software such as AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, problem\-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced construction environment and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Work Location: In person
