Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage all technical aspects of fit\-out and exhibition projects from concept to completion * Review IFC drawings and oversee the preparation of shop drawings, joinery details, and technical documentation * Provide technical guidance to design, site, and subcontractor teams to ensure smooth project execution * Oversee material submittals, method statements, technical proposals, and ensure timely approvals * Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations * Resolve complex technical and construction issues with effective solutions * Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders for technical clarifications and approvals * Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress against project timelines * Support project planning, risk assessment, and cost control from a technical standpoint Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field * 5\+ years of relevant experience in fit\-out and exhibition projects, with leadership exposure * Strong technical knowledge of construction detailing, joinery, and finishing works * Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD / Revit is a plus * Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills * Strong problem\-solving ability and attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure **Must be available to join immediately.** Job Type: Full\-time
