Ensure projects meet quality and safety standards **Job Description:** We are seeking a detail\-oriented **Civil Engineer** with a strong background in **fit\-out and maintenance works**. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing interior fit\-out projects, managing maintenance activities, coordinating with teams and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage fit\-out projects (interior works, renovations, modifications) * Coordinate daily maintenance activities and ensure timely completion * Conduct site inspections and monitor work quality * Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for repairs and servicing. * Prepare reports on maintenance performance, downtime, and costs. * Maintain records of maintenance activities, reports, and equipment history. * Identify and resolve maintenance issues and technical problems * Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies **Requirements:** * Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related field. * **2–5 years of experience** in fit\-out and maintenance works. * Candidates having **experience in fit\-out projects** and **maintenance works** such as including repairs, inspections, site management, troubleshooting, and project coordination. * Strong knowledge of **fit\-out, repairs, and building maintenance** * Good understanding of **mechanical and electrical systems**. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Good communication and coordination abilities. * Proficiency in **MS Office** (Excel, Word). * Valid QID required * **Transferrable visa** is required. * **Asian candidates** will be preferred.
