Summary: Tailix is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to manage customer communication, follow-ups, and support operations for their pet ecosystem platform. Highlights: 1. Career growth opportunities Tailix is a modern pet ecosystem and pet care platform connecting pet owners with pet\-related services, support, and solutions through a smart mobile application. We focus on delivering excellent customer experience, smooth communication, and reliable support for our users and partners. We are looking for a dedicated and responsible **Customer Support Executive** who can manage customer communication, follow\-ups, and support operations during and outside standard working hours when required. Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, calls, chat, email, and social media * Follow up with customers, partners, and service providers regularly * Handle customer complaints professionally and provide quick resolutions * Coordinate with the internal team regarding app issues, orders, bookings, and customer requests * Monitor and support ongoing customer activities outside working hours when needed * Maintain proper records of customer conversations and updates * Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive user experience * Escalate urgent technical or operational issues to the management team * Support on\-boarding and guidance for new users of the Tailix App Requirements * Previous experience in customer support, customer service, call center, or operations support * Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a big advantage) * Good follow\-up and problem\-solving skills * Ability to work responsibly during flexible timings and urgent situations * Professional attitude and patience while handling customers * Basic knowledge of mobile apps, CRM systems, and WhatsApp Business * Ability to multitask and manage customer conversations efficiently * Experience in pet industry, service marketplace apps, or startup environments is a plus Preferred Qualities * Friendly and customer\-focused personality * Fast response and active communication skills * Organized and detail\-oriented * Ability to work independently * Reliable internet connection and smartphone/ laptop access What We Offer * Opportunity to work with a growing pet\-tech startup * Flexible and dynamic work environment * Career growth opportunities * Competitive salary based on experience Pay: QAR3,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
