Coordinate employee engagement programs and HR initiatives We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented HR Officer to support and manage daily HR operations, while also contributing to employee engagement and organizational development efforts. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of HR practices and the ability to work independently within a structured environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of employee records and HR databases * Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, and exit processes * Coordinate and implement employee engagement programs and other HR initiatives * Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures * Support performance management processes, including documentation and follow\-ups * Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws and regulations * Prepare and validate payroll inputs, and manage leave tracking and attendance monitoring * Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and internal communications **Key Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline * 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or a generalist HR role * Sound knowledge of HR functions, labor regulations, and industry best practices * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (e.g., ERP/HRIS platforms) * High level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion * Excellent organizational, problem\-solving, and multitasking abilities **Work Location:** In person Work Location: In person
