Promote a strong safety culture and supervise the site HSE team Geoharbour is seeking an experienced and highly qualified HSE Manager to join a major energy project in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all Health, Safety, and Environmental activities on site, ensuring full compliance with client requirements, applicable regulations, and international HSE standards. Key Responsibilities * Lead the implementation and management of the Project HSE Management System. * Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE laws, regulations, and project requirements. * Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs. * Conduct risk assessments and ensure effective control measures are implemented. * Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety performance reviews. * Liaise with the Client, Consultant, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters. * Provide guidance, coaching, and training to project personnel on HSE requirements. * Prepare and submit HSE reports and statistics as required by the project. * Manage and supervise the site HSE team and promote a strong safety culture. Minimum Qualifications \& Requirements Mandatory Requirements * Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or energy projects. * Previous working experience on QatarEnergy projects is mandatory. * NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) – Mandatory. * IOSH Certification – Mandatory. * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline. * Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and international safety standards. Preferred Qualifications * Previous approval as HSE personnel on QatarEnergy projects. * Valid or previous QatarEnergy ePTW training/card. * Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health Management or Diploma in Industrial Safety. * Experience in EPC, renewable energy, or large\-scale infrastructure projects. Important Note Candidates must successfully pass the client competency assessment and approval process prior to mobilization. Only candidates with proven QatarEnergy project experience will be considered Pay: QAR20,000\.00 \- QAR30,000\.00 per month Experience: * QatarEnergy : 1 year (Required) * HSE Manager: 8 years (Required) * HSE Field: 10 years (Required) * EPC: 5 years (Required) * Renewable energy, or large\-scale infrastructure projects: 5 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * IOSH (Required) * NEBOSH (Required) * Qatar Energy Approval (Required) * QatarEnergy ePTW training/card.
