Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented **Logistics Coordinator** to oversee daily logistics operations, manage shipments, and ensure timely delivery of goods. This role requires strong organizational skills, logistics expertise, and the ability to coordinate effectively between suppliers, clients, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. * Manage shipment schedules, documentation, and customs clearance. * Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners. * Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment. * Track shipments and resolve delivery issues promptly. * Prepare logistics reports and performance updates for management. * Ensure compliance with Qatar’s trade and logistics regulations. * Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. * 3–6 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain roles. * Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. * Excellent organizational, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software. * Ability to thrive in fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environments. * Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
