The ideal candidate will manage day\-to\-day operations, coordinate logistics, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure program goals are met on time and within budget. **Key Responsibilities** **Program Support \& Coordination** * Assist in developing and maintaining program schedules, work plans, and budgets * Coordinate program logistics including venues, materials, equipment, and catering * Serve as point of contact for participants, vendors, and internal teams * Monitor program progress, track deliverables, and report updates to management **Administrative \& Data Management** * Maintain program files, records, and databases * Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports * Collect and analyze program data to support reporting and continuous improvement * Prepare regular status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations **Communication \& Stakeholder Engagement** * Respond to inquiries from clients, partners, and participants * Coordinate internal and external communications regarding program activities * Schedule meetings, interviews, and program\-related events * Assist with the creation of newsletters, promotional materials, or social media content (as needed) **Compliance \& Quality Assurance** * Ensure program activities comply with organizational policies and regulatory standards * Document risks, challenges, and mitigation strategies * Support evaluation efforts, including surveys and feedback collection **Qualifications** **Required** * Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience) * 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, project support, or administrative role * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities **Preferred** * Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) * Familiarity with CRM or database systems (e.g., Salesforce, Airtable) * Budget tracking or basic financial management experience * Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation) **Key Competencies** * Attention to detail * Problem\-solving under pressure * Team collaboration * Adaptability and flexibility * Time management **Working Conditions** * Standard office environment or remote with occasional travel for events * May require occasional evening/weekend work based on program schedule Pay: QAR90,000\.00 \- QAR108,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
