Supportive team environment **Warehouse Coordinator** **Location: Doha, Qatar** **Company: PT Biglo LLC** Position Summary PT Biglo LLC is seeking a detail\-oriented and organized Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations in our Doha facility. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate documentation, timely dispatch and receipt of goods, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods * Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts and reconciliations * Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of all materials and products * Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation (GRNs, delivery notes, invoices, etc.) * Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement teams * Oversee loading and unloading operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards * Coordinate with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal departments for timely deliveries * Ensure warehouse equipment is properly maintained and used safely * Implement and follow warehouse policies, procedures, and health \& safety regulations * Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to management promptly Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field * 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics coordination * Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and basic ERP tools * Good organizational and multitasking skills * Attention to detail and accuracy in record\-keeping * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment * Basic understanding of warehouse safety standards * Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred Skills * Experience working in construction, trading, or manufacturing supply chains * Familiarity with barcode systems and warehouse management software (WMS) * Basic Excel/reporting skills What We Offer * Competitive salary package * Opportunity to work in a growing organization in Doha * Professional development and career growth opportunities * Supportive team environment Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
