Opportunity to work on premium hospitality and interior projects **DL Trading and Hospitality** is looking for***Master Sofa Upholsterer*** in Doha\-Qatar **Key Responsibilities** * Upholster, reupholster, and restore sofas, chairs, and other furniture pieces to a high standard of quality * Cut, sew, and fit fabric, leather, and other upholstery materials with precision * Repair and replace springs, padding, webbing, and frames as required * Assess and advise on fabric selection, material quality, and design finishing * Collaborate with the design and operations team to meet client specifications and timelines * Ensure all finished work meets company quality standards before delivery * Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment * Manage and care for tools and equipment properly * Support junior staff and apprentices where applicable **Requirements** **Experience \& Qualifications** * **2–3 years of hands\-on experience in sofa and furniture upholstery** * Certified professional in upholstery preferred (trade certification or vocational qualification) * **Demonstrated portfolio or evidence of previous upholstery work is an advantage** * Skills \& Competencies * Strong knowledge of upholstery techniques, materials, and tools * **Proficiency in working with a variety of fabrics including leather, velvet, linen, and synthetic materials** * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship * **Ability to read and interpret design specifications and client briefs** * Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously * **Physical stamina and manual dexterity for workshop tasks** **Other Requirements** * Must be available to join immediately * Prior experience working in the Middle East is an added advantage **What We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications * Accommodation and transport assistance (as applicable) * Annual leave pay \+ yearly return flight ticket * Opportunity to work on premium hospitality and interior projects * Stable and professional work environment with a growing regional company **How to Apply** ***Interested candidates are invited to send their updated CV along with any portfolio or work samples to:*** ***Email: HR@dlgroupqa.com*** *Please mention "Master Sofa Upholsterer – Qatar" in the subject line.* *Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
