Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, Kitchen, and F&B teams * Monitor food \& beverage costs and inventory control. * Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and goods received. * Prepare cost reports, inventory reconciliations, and consumption analysis. * Conduct stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records. * Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment. * Support menu costing and analyze food cost variances. * Investigate inventory discrepancies and minimize waste. * Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, Kitchen, and F\&B teams. * Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
