Focus on leadership, problem-solving, and staff development **Position:** Staff Supervisor **Department:** Operations / Food \& Beverage **Location:** Qatar Job Summary We are looking for a responsible, organized, and experienced **Staff Supervisor** to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, maintain inventory, prepare reports, and ensure that company procedures and Qatar Municipality (Baladiya) and Food \& Beverage requirements are properly followed. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate staff during daily operations. * Ensure smooth and efficient day\-to\-day operations. * Conduct regular **follow\-ups** with staff, management, suppliers, and other relevant departments. * Monitor staff attendance, performance, and work responsibilities. * Conduct and maintain **daily and monthly inventory**. * Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies. * Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. * Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures. * Train new and existing staff on operational procedures, service standards, and workplace requirements. * Handle staff concerns and resolve workplace issues professionally. * Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and overall workplace standards. * Ensure compliance with **Qatar Baladiya regulations** and applicable **Food \& Beverage (F\&B) requirements**. * Coordinate with management regarding operational issues, staff performance, inventory, and other concerns. * Follow up on pending tasks and ensure they are completed on time. * Perform other duties related to operations and supervision as assigned by management. Qualifications \& Requirements * Previous experience in a **Staff Supervisor, Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar F\&B position** is preferred. * Knowledge of **Food \& Beverage operations**. * Good knowledge of **Qatar Baladiya rules and F\&B\-related requirements**. * Knowledgeable in computers and **Microsoft Office**, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Ability to prepare clear and accurate reports. * Experience in inventory management and stock control. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Able to train, guide, and motivate staff. * Able to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities. * Good organizational and follow\-up skills. * Flexible with working hours and operational requirements.
