Oversee operational coordination, specialized cleaning, and staff supervision **Job Title: Cleaning Assistant Coordinator (Oil \& Gas \& Healthcare Experience)** **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Reports to:** Sr. Coordinator **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Cleaning Assistant Coordinator to support the planning, supervision, and execution of cleaning and sanitation operations across our client's diverse portfolio. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control are met, specifically within high\-stakes environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in coordinating cleaning services for both the **oil and gas sector** and the **healthcare/medical sector** in Qatar, bringing a unique understanding of industrial safety protocols and medical\-grade sanitation requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * **Operational Coordination:** Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily cleaning and housekeeping operations across multiple assigned sites, ensuring full workforce coverage and service delivery in line with contract scope and KPIs . * **Specialized Cleaning Oversight:** Coordinate and monitor cleaning activities for both industrial facilities (oil and gas) and healthcare facilities. This includes ensuring compliance with specialized protocols such as: * **Oil \& Gas:** Industrial cleaning standards, hazardous material handling, and strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies . * **Healthcare:** Hospital\-grade hygiene, infection control procedures, and sanitation standards for areas like wards, clinics, and operating rooms . * **Staff Supervision \& Scheduling:** Assign tasks, monitor performance, track attendance, and manage shift schedules for cleaning crews, ensuring optimal resource allocation . Support the onboarding and training of new staff on company SOPs, safety standards, and site\-specific cleaning protocols . * **Quality Control \& Compliance:** Conduct routine site inspections to ensure cleaning standards meet client expectations and regulatory requirements. Enforce the use of proper PPE, safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and adherence to all health and safety regulations . * **Client \& Stakeholder Liaison:** Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal departments, responding promptly to service requests, complaints, and operational adjustments. Coordinate with facility management and medical staff regarding specific cleaning requirements . * **Inventory \& Reporting:** Monitor stock levels of cleaning consumables, chemicals, and equipment, and coordinate with procurement for replenishment. Prepare and submit detailed operational reports on service quality, staff performance, and incidents . **Qualifications \& Experience** * **Experience:** Minimum of **3\-5 years** of relevant experience is required . * **Essential:** Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Coordinator, or Site Coordinator within the cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities management industry in Qatar. * **Critical Requirement:** Demonstrable experience coordinating cleaning services in both **oil and gas** and **healthcare** environments.
