Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities Job Title: HVAC \& Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Supervisor Company: AWENA Electrical Trading \& Contracting Location: Doha, Qatar Job Type: Full\-time Job Description AWENA is seeking an experienced Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to manage the maintenance and repair of commercial kitchen equipment for restaurants, hotels and facility\-management projects. The successful candidate will supervise technicians, attend breakdown calls, diagnose faults, prepare maintenance reports and ensure that all assigned work is completed safely and on time. Key Responsibilities * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Inspect, diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment. * Manage technicians and distribute daily work assignments. * Attend emergency breakdown calls and identify technical solutions. * Prepare inspection reports, quotations and spare\-parts requirements. * Coordinate with clients and provide regular work updates. * Verify completed work and ensure proper testing before handover. * Maintain service records, checklists and equipment history. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements. Required Technical Experience The candidate should have practical experience with: * Commercial ovens, ranges, fryers and grills * Gas and electrical cooking equipment * Dishwashers and glasswashers * Ice machines and refrigeration equipment * Cold rooms, chillers and freezers * Exhaust hoods and ventilation systems * Electrical controls, thermostats, contactors and heating elements * Gas systems, burners and safety controls Candidate Requirements * Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance. * Previous supervisory or team\-leadership experience. * Strong fault\-finding and troubleshooting skills. * Ability to read electrical diagrams and equipment manuals. * Good communication and client\-handling skills. * Basic computer skills for reports and email communication. * Experience in Qatar, hotels, restaurants or facility management is preferred. * Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory. * Must be available in Qatar with a transferable QID/NOC. * Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
