Promote a high-performance, results-driven work environment **Project Manager – Syria** We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of high\-profile hospitality and entertainment real estate projects in Syria. Key Responsibilities \* Lead and manage projects from concept, design, and construction through final handover. \* Develop, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. \* Coordinate and supervise contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams. \* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. \* Monitor construction progress and prepare regular reports for senior management. \* Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. \* Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety requirements, and company policies. \* Review and approve project plans, technical documents, and contract deliverables. \* Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and government authorities. \* Lead project teams and promote a high\-performance, results\-driven work environment. Requirements \* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. \* Minimum 15 years of proven experience in managing and delivering hospitality (hotel) and entertainment real estate projects. \* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction processes, and contract administration. \* Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem\-solving skills. \* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large multidisciplinary teams. \* Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office is preferred. \* Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. **Location: Syria** Pay: From QAR5\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
