Proactive leader with strong organizational and problem-solving skills **Operations Supervisor** **Cumulo Facility Management** **Location:** Ring Road, Najma, Doha, Qatar **Salary:** **QAR 16,000 per month** Job Summary Cumulo Facility Management is seeking an experienced and results\-oriented **Operations Supervisor** to oversee the daily delivery of facility management services across commercial and residential properties in Doha. The successful candidate will supervise operational teams, coordinate maintenance activities, ensure service quality, and maintain compliance with health, safety, and company standards. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with strong organizational and problem\-solving skills who is committed to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Supervise the daily operations of facility management services, ensuring efficient service delivery across assigned sites. * Lead, schedule, and monitor the performance of maintenance technicians, cleaners, security personnel, and subcontractors. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil works. * Conduct routine site inspections to ensure facilities are maintained to company quality standards. * Ensure compliance with Qatar health, safety, environmental, and facility management regulations. * Monitor service requests and work orders, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction. * Prepare operational schedules, daily activity reports, incident reports, and performance metrics. * Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery. * Manage inventory of maintenance materials, tools, equipment, and consumables. * Assist in budget monitoring, cost control, and resource allocation. * Train, mentor, and evaluate operational staff while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement. * Respond promptly to emergencies and oversee the resolution of critical facility issues. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of **4 years of experience** in facility management or building operations, including at least **2 years in a supervisory role**. * Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems, preventive maintenance programs, and facility operations. * Experience managing multidisciplinary maintenance teams and subcontractors. * Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office applications. * Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and decision\-making skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced and customer\-focused environment. * Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
