Ensure all work complies with HSE policies and technical standards **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **HVAC Technician** to join our Facilities Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preventive, corrective and reactive maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems across company\-owned and leased/rented properties, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient operation in line with HSE and company standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and reactive maintenance of **HVAC and refrigeration systems**, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, FAHUs, DX systems, split, window and package AC units. * Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC faults, cooling issues, abnormal noise, vibration and equipment breakdowns. * Carry out repairs, testing, commissioning and installation of HVAC equipment and systems. * Read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical manuals and floor plans. * Execute scheduled maintenance and respond to work orders and breakdowns. * Maintain accurate maintenance records, work reports, timesheets and spare\-parts inventory. * Report breakdowns and technical issues to the Supervisor/Maintenance Manager. * Ensure all work complies with HSE policies, technical standards and company procedures. * Maintain professional relationships with clients, tenants, colleagues, subcontractors and suppliers. **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent; **ITI Certificate/Diploma in Refrigeration \& Air Conditioning** preferred. * Minimum **3 years of relevant HVAC maintenance experience**, preferably in building or facilities management. * Good practical knowledge of HVAC \& R systems, chillers, refrigeration, basic electrical systems and HVAC controls. * Knowledge of **BMS/DDC** is an advantage. * Ability to read wiring diagrams and floor plans and carry out effective troubleshooting. * Good written and spoken **English**; Arabic is an advantage. * Valid **GCC driving licence**. * Strong problem\-solving, communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work under pressure and maintain high HSE and service standards. Education: * Diploma (Preferred) Experience: * HVAC maintenance / facilities management: 3 years (Required) * HVAC \& R systems, chillers, refrigeration: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: * Driving Licence (Required) Work Location: In person
