We are currently seeking a reliable and detail\-oriented **Storekeeper** to join our team. Job Summary The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving and issuing materials, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring the efficient operation of the store and warehouse facilities. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, inventory management experience, and a commitment to accuracy. Key Responsibilities * Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, supplies, and equipment. * Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels. * Issue materials and supplies according to approved requests. * Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits. * Monitor stock movements and report shortages or discrepancies. * Ensure proper storage and labeling of all items. * Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the store area. * Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams regarding inventory requirements. * Prepare inventory reports and documentation as required. * Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory or warehouse management is an advantage. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or in a similar role. * Knowledge of inventory control procedures and stock management systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Good communication skills in English. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in facilities management, property management, construction, or hospitality sectors. * Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software.
