Summary: We are seeking an energetic and experienced Female Swimming Trainer to conduct engaging and safe swimming lessons for children and teenagers during our Summer Program. Highlights: 1. Conduct engaging and safe swimming lessons for children and teenagers 2. Help participants develop swimming skills and water confidence 3. Work in a friendly and supportive summer camp environment We are looking for an energetic and experienced **Female Swimming Trainer** to join our Summer Program during **July and August**. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging and safe swimming lessons for **children and teenagers**, helping participants develop their swimming skills, water confidence, and overall fitness in a positive learning environment. Responsibilities * Conduct swimming lessons for kids and teens of different skill levels. * Ensure the safety and well\-being of all participants during training sessions. * Teach swimming techniques, water safety, and basic aquatic skills. * Plan and deliver age\-appropriate swimming activities and exercises. * Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. * Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional atmosphere. * Follow all pool safety regulations and emergency procedures. * Communicate effectively with parents and camp coordinators when required. Requirements * Female candidates only. * Previous experience teaching swimming to children and teenagers. * Valid swimming instructor certification is preferred. * CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Patient, responsible, and enthusiastic personality. * Ability to work during July and August summer camp schedules. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in summer camps, schools, sports academies, or recreational programs. * Competitive swimming background is a plus. * Ability to engage and motivate young learners.
