Summary: Seeking an experienced Accountant for an interior fit-out company to manage financial reports, accounts, and project-based accounting. Highlights: 1. Manage P&L, cash flow, and financial reporting. 2. Oversee accounts payable, receivables, and project cost tracking. 3. Maintain accurate accounting records and provide financial updates. We are looking for an experienced Accountant for our interior fit\-out company. **Key Responsibilities:** \* Prepare monthly Profit \& Loss, cash flow, and financial reports. \* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. \* Track project costs, expenses, supplier payments, and client collections. \* Prepare invoices, payment follow\-ups, and account statements. \* Manage petty cash, bank reconciliation, and daily transactions. \* Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents. \* Provide management with clear financial reports and outstanding payment updates. **Requirements:** \* Experience in accounting, preferably in construction, interior fit\-out, or contracting. \* Strong knowledge of P\&L, receivables, payables, and project\-based accounting. \* Proficiency in Excel and accounting software. \* Good communication and reporting skills.
