Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and compliance. We are seeking a talented and experienced **Architect** to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative architectural designs, preparing construction documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered in compliance with client requirements, local regulations, and company quality standards. The role supports projects across construction, interior fit\-out, commercial, residential, hospitality, and mixed\-use developments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop architectural concepts, detailed designs, and construction drawings for various projects. * Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and technical specifications. * Coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, interior design, joinery, and other engineering disciplines. * Ensure designs comply with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS), local authority regulations, building codes, and client requirements. * Participate in design meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders. * Review shop drawings, material submissions, and mock\-ups for compliance with design intent. * Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure architectural works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications. * Resolve technical issues arising during construction and provide practical design solutions. * Coordinate with quantity surveyors and procurement teams during material selection and project budgeting. * Assist in obtaining design approvals from relevant authorities and consultants. * Prepare design presentations, reports, and project documentation. * Support value engineering initiatives while maintaining project quality and functionality. * Ensure compliance with company Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards. * Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance when required. **Qualifications and Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized university. * Professional architectural registration or certification is an advantage. * UPDA/MMUP registration is preferred or will be considered an added advantage. * Minimum **5 years of relevant experience**, preferably in Qatar or GCC. * Experience in construction, design \& build, interior fit\-out, commercial, residential, hospitality, and mixed\-use projects. * Familiarity with Qatar authority approval processes is an advantage. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (mandatory). * Strong knowledge of **Revit (BIM)**. * Experience using **SketchUp**, **Lumion**, **3ds Max**, or similar visualization software. * Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop**, **Illustrator**, and **Microsoft Office**. * Understanding of construction methods, architectural detailing, materials, and finishing works. * Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
