Coordination with engineering disciplines **Architect Required** We are seeking a qualified **Architect** with proven experience in handling the **Building Permit System** and responding to comments issued by the Municipality and other relevant authorities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in an engineering consultancy (Qatar experience is preferred). * Proven experience in using the Qatar Building Permit System. * Strong ability to review, analyze, and respond to Municipality comments and coordinate with the relevant authorities until final approval is obtained. * Ability to revise and update architectural drawings in accordance with Municipality regulations and applicable building codes. * Experience in coordinating with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office. * Good command of both English and Arabic. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare, submit, and follow up building permit applications through the Building Permit System. * Review and respond to Municipality comments and implement the required design revisions. * Coordinate with the design team to ensure compliance with all permit requirements. * Follow up with the relevant authorities until the Building Permit is successfully issued. **UPDA/MMUP certification is preferred or the candidate should be eligible to obtain it.** Pay: QAR4,942\.04 \- QAR8,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
