Summary: The Carpenter performs carpentry and woodwork tasks, ensuring safe and efficient installation, repair, and maintenance of wooden structures and fittings to company and client standards. Coordinate with other maintenance teams for timely completion The Carpenter is responsible for performing all types of carpentry and woodwork\-related tasks including installation, repair, and maintenance of wooden structures, doors, furniture, cabinets, and other fittings within company\-managed facilities. The role ensures all carpentry work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to company and client standards. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out routine and preventive maintenance for all wooden fixtures and fittings in buildings and facilities. * Perform repair and replacement of doors, locks, frames, windows, cabinets, shelves, partitions, and furniture. * Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to determine the dimensions and materials required. * Assemble and install furniture, panels, or wooden partitions as per design requirements. * Conduct finishing, polishing, and varnishing work to maintain a high\-quality appearance. * Inspect and identify damaged or defective woodwork and recommend appropriate repair solutions. * Coordinate with other maintenance teams (plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.) to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities. * Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop areas in good working condition. * Comply with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance operations. Qualifications and Requirements: * Technical Diploma or Certificate in Carpentry or related trade. * Minimum **5 years of experience** as a Carpenter in a Facility Management or Construction company in Qatar or GCC. * Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques. * Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. * Good physical condition and attention to detail. * Basic communication skills in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage. * Valid QID and transferable visa preferred Work Location: In person
