The ideal candidate is someone who is not only skilled in sales and customer relations but also has **proven barista experience** capable of preparing a variety of **hot and cold coffee beverages** with precision and creativity. If you’re passionate about providing excellent customer service, building meaningful client relationships, and contributing to business growth in a fast\-paced, creative environment, we’d love to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** **Customer Engagement \& Sales:** * Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, and in\-person communication. * Identify and nurture potential customers to expand the company’s reach. * Research and analyze sales trends to identify upselling and cross\-selling opportunities. * Act as a liaison between the company and its current or potential markets. * Gather market and customer insights to assist with pricing, delivery schedules, and customer\-specific requirements. * Support management with feedback and suggestions for new products, flavors, and promotions. * Regularly review personal performance and aim to exceed sales targets. * Accurately record and report sales transactions and daily activities to the sales department. **Barista \& Product Handling:** * Prepare and serve **hot and cold coffee beverages** (such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, iced coffee, frappes, etc.) according to company recipes and standards. * Ensure the **cleanliness and organization of the coffee station**, including equipment maintenance and restocking supplies. * Maintain knowledge of beverage recipes, presentation styles, and flavor pairings to enhance the customer experience. * Ensure that all beverages are prepared with high quality, consistency, and attention to detail. **Order Coordination \& Service:** * Handle the **packing of cakes, pastries, and balloon orders** with care and accuracy. * Coordinate closely with **Cake Decorators and Pastry Chefs** to ensure all order details are correctly executed and updated as needed. * Provide **accurate pricing** for specific orders and inquiries, especially those related to **events and customized requests**. * Coordinate with **Drivers** to ensure timely delivery and smooth service fulfillment. **Teamwork \& Representation:** * Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store sales and service goals. * Represent **Cupcake Queen Qatar** at trade exhibitions, events, and product demonstrations. * Take on additional tasks assigned by management to support sales operations and improve workflow. **Requirements** * **Gender:** Female * **Experience:** Minimum of **1 year in sales or cashiering**; **barista experience is required** (coffee preparation — hot and cold). * **Industry:** Confectionery or café experience is a strong advantage. * **Language:** Fluency in **English** required. * **Skills:** Excellent communication, customer service, and multitasking abilities. * **Personality:** Energetic, organized, and detail\-oriented with a passion for customer satisfaction. **Salary \& Benefits** * **Salary:** Starting from **QAR 2,500 per month**, based on experience and qualifications. * Additional benefits to be discussed during the interview. **Join Us!** If you’re ready to bring your energy, dedication, and barista skills to our growing team, apply now and become part of **Cupcake Queen Qatar**, where every cup, cake, and customer matters.
