Monitor equipment, materials, and safety procedures Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and manage cleaning teams at sites. * Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance and attendance. * Ensure cleaning services are completed according to company standards. * Conduct inspections and ensure quality and hygiene requirements are met. * Monitor cleaning equipment, materials, and supplies. * Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures. * Prepare daily reports and communicate operational issues to Management. Requirements: * **2–3 years of experience** in cleaning, housekeeping, facility management, or a related field. * Previous **Team Leader/Supervisory experience** preferred. * Good communication and leadership skills. * Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals. * Ability to supervise a team and work under pressure. * Good customer service and problem\-solving skills. * English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
