Coordinate with various departments for material requirements **Role Summary** We are looking for a **Cost Controller Cum Store Keeper** to manage cost control, inventory monitoring, material issuance and receiving, and day\-to\-day storekeeping activities within our factory. The successful candidate will ensure accurate inventory records, proper material documentation, effective cost monitoring, and efficient store operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor and control project and material costs. * Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure appropriate stock levels. * Issue and receive materials with proper documentation and authorization. * Prepare regular cost and inventory reports and reconcile records with the Accounts Department. * Monitor material consumption and identify discrepancies or unusual variances. * Ensure proper storage, organization, and safekeeping of all materials. * Conduct regular stock checks and support physical inventory counts. * Maintain proper documentation for all material movements and transactions. * Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Projects, and Accounts teams regarding material requirements and stock movements. * Ensure compliance with company procedures for inventory and cost control. **Requirements** * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in **Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Store Management, or a related field**. * Minimum **2–3 years of relevant experience** in cost control, inventory, storekeeping, or a similar role. * Experience in a **factory, manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment** will be an advantage. * Good knowledge of inventory control, material management, and cost reporting. * Proficient in **MS Excel** and familiar with ERP/software\-based inventory systems. * Strong attention to detail and good numerical and analytical skills. * Good organizational and documentation skills. * Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments. * **Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.** Work Location: In person
