Collaborate with development teams to design effective database schemas. **Job Description: Database Administrator (DBA)** Vivacious Hospitality is looking for a skilled **Database Administrator (DBA)** to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role is essential for managing and optimizing our database environments to support our operations efficiently. **Responsibilities:** * Install, configure, and maintain database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle). * Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high levels of availability and security. * Implement backup and recovery strategies to protect data integrity. * Develop and optimize database queries, procedures, and functions for improved data access and application performance. * Collaborate with development teams to design database schemas that meet operational needs. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Database Administrator or in a similar role. * Strong knowledge of database management systems and data modeling concepts. * Proficiency in SQL and experience with performance tuning techniques. * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills. **Additional Information:** * **Salary**: QAR 30 \- QAR 70 per hour, based on experience. * **Location**: 88 Luxe Avenue, Doha, Qatar. * **Contact**: For applications, please email **amit@vivacioushospitality.com**.
