Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Primary Purpose of the Job: Lead and direct commissioning activities for projects, providing guidance to Lead/Senior Commissioning Engineers, Operation Readiness Discipline Engineers, and Technicians. Ensure consistent, safe, and standardized execution of design, pre‑commissioning, commissioning, start‑up, and handover activities in alignment with QatarEnergy procedures, engineering standards, safety requirements, and environmental regulations. Ensure Asset Owners are fully prepared to assume safe, reliable, and sustainable operation and maintenance of the facilities at handover. Required Experience and Skills: * Minimum of 15 years’ experience in operations, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start‑up of power generation/process facilities (onshore/offshore). * At least 8 years in a commissioning management role. * Membership in a recognized engineering or project management association/institution is an advantage. * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Experience in Arabian Gulf region preferred. * Strong IT, analytical, and problem‑solving skills; ability to perform under pressure. Educational Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
