Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with a customer-oriented attitude. **Job Description: IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support** RF Technologies is seeking a knowledgeable **IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support** to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role is crucial for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. **Responsibilities:** * Provide first\-line technical support for hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals. * Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or in\-person support. * Assist in setting up and managing user accounts, emails, and network access. * Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and documentation of support requests. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Proven experience in IT support or desktop support roles. * Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as common software applications. * Excellent problem\-solving skills and a customer\-oriented attitude. * Effective communication skills to work with users at all levels. **Additional Information:** * **Salary**: QAR 70 \- QAR 130 per hour, based on experience. * **Location**: 47 Industrial Zone, Doha, Qatar. * **Contact**: For applications, please email **postmaster@rf\-part.com**.
