Perform preventive maintenance and routine property inspections BLOOMAX REAL ESTATE is seeking an experienced and reliable MEP Technician to manage the day\-to\-day maintenance of our residential properties. The selected candidate will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, plumbing, and general building systems. Key Responsibilities * Attend tenant maintenance complaints promptly and professionally. * Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance issues. * Perform preventive maintenance and routine property inspections. * Repair or replace electrical fittings, switches, sockets, lights, water pumps, sanitary fittings, and plumbing fixtures. * Support basic AC servicing and troubleshooting when experienced and coordinate specialized repairs when required. * Inspect vacant units and complete the necessary maintenance before new tenants move in. * Identify major repair requirements and report them to management. * Maintain records of completed work, materials used, and pending maintenance. * Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs when required. * Follow company safety procedures and maintain tools and equipment properly. * Respond to urgent or emergency maintenance requirements when necessary. Candidate Requirements * Minimum **2 years of MEP or property maintenance experience in Qatar or another GCC country**. * Practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work. * Ability to identify faults and complete repairs independently. * Experience in residential buildings, villas, or real estate property maintenance is preferred. * Previous HVAC servicing or maintenance experience is an **added advantage**. * A valid Qatar driving licence is an **added advantage**. * Responsible, punctual, and able to manage multiple maintenance requests. * Good tenant\-handling and communication skills. * Basic English communication skills; Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam would be an advantage.
