Manage overall store stock levels and operational efficiency **Target Background**: Almeera supplier operation, Lulu FMCG operation, Ali Bin Ali, Almarai Qatar **Job Responsibilities** * Take full charge of onsite operation for 70 Almeera stores * Maintain high\-level communication and stable cooperation with Almeera procurement \& operation teams * Control overall store stock level, out\-of\-stock rate, goods damage, and expiry loss * Handle supermarket deductions, returns, disputes, and customer complaints * Lead the local expatriate team and coordinate daily work with China management **KPI** * Overall store stockout rate below 2% * Total product loss and expiry loss controlled within 1\.5% * All operational issues closed within 72 hours * Zero customs compliance failure Pay: QAR12,000\.00 \- QAR18,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
