Coordinate with engineering and site teams Job Summary We are looking for an experienced **Electrical Foreman** to supervise electrical installation, cable laying, equipment erection, and site activities for power transmission and substation projects. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily **electrical installation** activities at site. * Coordinate and monitor **cable laying and installation** works. * Supervise electrical equipment erection and installation. * Allocate and manage workforce according to project requirements. * Coordinate with Electrical Engineers, QA/QC, HSE, and other site teams. * Monitor daily work progress and ensure activities are completed as scheduled. * Ensure electrical works are carried out according to approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications. * Maintain good site coordination and housekeeping. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements. Requirements * Diploma or Technical Qualification in Electrical Engineering/Technology or a related field. * **Minimum 8 years of relevant experience** as an Electrical Foreman. * Strong experience in electrical installation supervision and cable laying. * Experience in electrical equipment erection and installation. * Proven workforce management and site coordination skills. * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings. * Good knowledge of electrical safety and installation procedures. * GCC/Qatar experience in substation or power transmission projects will be an advantage.
