PLANT ROOM OPERATOR – HMC PROJECT Location: Qatar Project: HMC – Hamad Medical Corporation Industry: Facility Management Requirements \- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Plant Room Operator / Chiller Plant Operator \- FM / Hospital Facility Management experience mandatory \- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, HVAC or related trade \- Good knowledge of chillers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers and HVAC systems \- Experience in monitoring plant\-room equipment and recording daily/hourly readings \- Knowledge of BMS operation and basic troubleshooting \- Ability to identify equipment abnormalities and report faults promptly \- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures \- Good understanding of HSE and safety procedures \- Good communication skills and ability to work on shifts Key Responsibilities \- Monitor and operate plant\-room equipment \- Check operating parameters, temperatures, pressures and equipment status \- Maintain daily log sheets and equipment readings \- Monitor chillers, pumps and associated HVAC systems \- Respond to alarms and equipment abnormalities \- Coordinate with maintenance technicians during breakdowns \- Work Location: In person
