Summary: A Junior Buyer is responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods/services, obtaining quotations, processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery. What the person will do: * Receive purchase requests from different departments. * Get quotations from suppliers. * Compare prices, quality, and delivery timelines. * Create and process purchase orders. * Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. * Resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or quality problems. * Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation. * Track supplier performance and support cost\-saving initiatives. * Assist with inventory planning and procurement reporting. * Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies. Ideal Candidate Profile: * **4–7 years of procurement/purchasing experience.** * Bachelor's degree in a technical, commercial, business, or related field. * Experience with **SAP, Ariba, or other procurement systems** is preferred. * Good knowledge of **Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint**. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Experience dealing with suppliers and managing purchase orders. Qatar\-Specific Requirements: * Currently available in **Qatar**. * Must have a **transferable visa or NOC (No Objection Certificate)**. * Available to join within **30 days or less**.
