




Summary: This role involves preparing BOQ, tender documents, and cost estimates, managing project budgets, and maintaining financial and legal records for a team-oriented individual. Collaborate within a team-based environment * Prepare the BOQ, tender documents, and cost estimates. * Managing the project budgets, including forecasting and monitoring costs. * Keep the record of contracts, LPO, and agreements. Maintain the legal documents of the clients. * Certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts. * Able to work well within a team\-based environment. * Communicate regularly with project staff and specialist subcontractors about payment and issue a payment certificate. * Good command of written and spoken English * Dynamic \& Can do’ attitude to work. * Candidates available in Qatar with minimum of 3 years of experience.and Ready to join immediately can apply Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to QAR5,000\.00 per month Experience: * Quantity surveyor: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
