Summary: We are seeking an Entry Level Quantity Surveyor to assist with commercial and cost control functions, including quantity take-offs, measurement, cost tracking, and documentation. Opportunity for training and career development. **Quantity Surveyor (Entry Level)** **Location:** Project Site / Office (Construction / Industrial – Qatar) **Job Type:** Full\-time **Job Summary** We are looking for an Entry Level Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial and cost control functions of construction projects. The role involves assisting in quantity take\-offs, measurement, cost tracking, and preparation of project documentation under the guidance of senior QS and project team. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in preparation of quantity take\-offs from drawings and site measurements * Support cost monitoring and budget tracking activities * Help prepare interim payment applications and invoices * Assist in valuation of completed works and subcontractor payments * Track project variations and update cost records * Coordinate with site engineers and project team for measurements * Maintain QS documentation and filing systems * Support preparation of reports and commercial summaries **Requirements** * Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field * **1 year experience in Quantity Surveying is sufficient (entry level role)** * Experience in construction / industrial / oil \& gas projects preferred * Basic understanding of measurement, drawings, and cost control * Proficiency in MS Excel * Willingness to learn and work in a site\-based environment * Good communication and teamwork skills **Preferred** * Experience in Qatar construction projects is an advantage * Exposure to scaffolding, industrial, or maintenance projects preferred **Benefits** * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Accommodation and transport (if applicable) * Training and career development opportunity Pay: QAR2,000\.00 \- QAR2,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
