The ideal candidate will be passionate about Japanese cuisine and skilled in creating high\-quality sushi dishes with exceptional attention to detail and presentation. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure all food is prepared using fresh, high\-quality ingredients. * Create new menu items or specials based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with food safety standards. * Monitor inventory and coordinate with the team to manage stock levels and orders. * Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, ensuring they follow proper techniques and standards. * Engage in quality control to ensure every dish meets the restaurants high standards.
