The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys engaging with customers, and has an interest in specialty coffee. You will be responsible for providing outstanding table service while promoting our coffee, food, and café experience. Responsibilities * Welcome and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude. * Present menus and explain specialty coffee beverages, brewing methods, and food offerings. * Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. * Serve food, specialty coffee, and other beverages promptly and professionally. * Assist guests by recommending coffee beans, brewing methods, pastries, and menu pairings. * Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving concerns. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, coffee bar, and service stations. * Clear and reset tables efficiently to ensure a pleasant dining environment. * Work closely with baristas and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. * Process customer payments accurately. * Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times. * Support daily opening and closing duties. Requirements * Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a café, restaurant, or specialty coffee shop is preferred. * Passion for hospitality and customer service. * Basic knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso\-based drinks, and café operations is an advantage. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn. * Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Immediate availability is preferred. Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is preferred. * Experience using a POS system is an advantage.
