





We are seeking a highly motivated and guest\-focused **Front Desk Agent (Female)** to join a luxury hotel in **Qatar**. As the first point of contact for our guests, this role is essential in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a warm, welcoming demeanor. Key Responsibilities: * Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional approach, ensuring smooth and efficient check\-in and check\-out procedures. * Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the hotel’s property management system. * Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction. * Coordinate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and address guest needs. * Handle guest billing and payment transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and end\-of\-shift reconciliation. * Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, special requests, and feedback in line with hotel policies. * Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are consistently clean, organized, and welcoming. * Promote hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to enhance the overall guest experience. * Follow all safety, security, and emergency procedures as required. * Handle guest information with strict confidentiality and professionalism. Qualifications, Experience \& Skills: * High school diploma or equivalent required; a diploma or certification in Hospitality or Hotel Management is an advantage. * Minimum of **3\+ years’ experience** as a Front Desk Agent in a luxury hotel environment. * Strong working knowledge of hotel reservation systems such as **Opera, Fidelio, or Cloudbeds**. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest\-centric mindset. * Professional appearance and behavior with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and night shifts. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools. * Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID.
