Summary: Seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to develop and maintain architectural and structural BIM models, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with project requirements. Ensure compliance with project requirements and BIM standards **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain Architectural and Structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit. * Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and details. * Coordinate BIM models with multidisciplinary teams and perform clash detection using Navisworks. * Generate schedules, quantity take\-offs, and reports from BIM models. * Ensure compliance with project requirements, BIM standards, BEP, LOD requirements, and applicable codes. * Perform model quality checks and support project teams throughout design and construction phases. **Requirements** * Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Architectural and/or Structural BIM Modeling. * Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. * Experience with Navisworks Manage for coordination and clash detection. * Knowledge of BIM workflows, COBie, BEP, LOD, QA/QC, and Common Data Environment(ACC/BIM 360\). * Experience in shop drawing preparation, quantity take\-offs, and construction documentation. * Strong communication, coordination, problem\-solving, and organizational skills. * Autodesk Revit Certification is an advantage.
