Ensure proper use of PPE and follow safety regulations **Job Description:** We are currently hiring Insulation Helpers for an Oil \& Gas Construction project in Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC), Qatar. Candidates should have experience assisting insulation and cladding teams in industrial and construction site environments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist Insulators and Insulation Fitters during insulation and cladding installation works * Carry, load, and unload insulation materials, tools, and equipment at the worksite * Support cutting, fitting, and handling of insulation materials and metal sheets * Clean and prepare work areas before and after job completion * Assist in scaffolding access, material arrangement, and site housekeeping activities * Follow supervisors’ instructions and support the team in completing daily tasks efficiently * Ensure proper use of PPE and follow all site safety regulations * Help maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition * Perform general helper duties as required on\-site **Requirements:** * Minimum 2–3 Years of Experience in Construction or Oil \& Gas Projects * Basic knowledge of insulation and cladding works will be an advantage * Ability to work in industrial and physically demanding environments * Good understanding of workplace safety practices and PPE usage * Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team * Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours if required * Gulf experience will be considered an advantage Work Location: In person
