Opportunity to guide supporting tailors and supervise garment production **MASTER TAILOR REQUIRED** **Location: Doha, Qatar** **Employment Type: Full\-time** We are looking for an experienced Master Tailor specializing in premium men’s bespoke garments. The selected candidate must be capable of independently managing the complete tailoring process—from measurements and cutting to fitting, alteration and final finishing. ***Key Responsibilities*** * Take accurate body measurements and understand different body structures * Cut and stitch men’s suits, jackets, trousers, waistcoats and tuxedos * Conduct customer fittings and make the necessary corrections * Understand garment balance, posture correction and pattern adjustment * Work confidently with wool, poly\-wool, linen, cotton and premium suiting fabrics * Maintain accurate customer measurements and individual patterns * Guide supporting tailors and supervise garment production when required * Ensure excellent fitting, clean construction and premium finishing * Inspect every garment before customer trials and final delivery * Complete assigned garments according to the required delivery schedule * Minimize fabric wastage and maintain a clean working environment ***Candidate Requirements*** * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Master Tailor * Strong experience in men’s bespoke suits, jackets and trousers * Must be able to cut and stitch garments independently * Excellent knowledge of measurements, patterns, fittings and alterations * Knowledge of structured and half\-canvas jacket construction is preferred * Ability to identify and correct fitting problems * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship * Responsible, disciplined and capable of completing orders on time * Must successfully complete a practical tailoring test before appointment ***How to Apply*** Please send your CV, current location, visa status and photographs or videos of garments you have personally cut and stitched. **Only candidates with genuine men’s bespoke tailoring experience will be shortlisted.** Pay: Up to QAR3,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
