Summary: Seeking a skilled Mechanical Draftsman to prepare detailed mechanical and MEP drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications for construction and MEP projects. Highlights: 1. Prepare detailed mechanical and MEP drawings using AutoCAD. 2. Coordinate mechanical drawings with architectural and other MEP services. 3. Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project specifications. Job Description We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mechanical Draftsman to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing mechanical drawings, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as\-built drawings for construction and MEP projects. Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed mechanical and MEP drawings using AutoCAD. * Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, fabrication drawings, and as\-built drawings. * Prepare drawings for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, piping, and other mechanical systems. * Coordinate mechanical drawings with architectural, structural, electrical, and other MEP services. * Revise drawings according to engineer, consultant, and client comments. * Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project specifications and standards. * Assist engineers and site teams with technical drawings and modifications. * Maintain proper drawing revisions and documentation. * Conduct site measurements and update drawings based on actual site conditions. * Meet project deadlines and drawing submission requirements. Requirements * Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Drafting, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Mechanical Draftsman. * Experience in construction/MEP projects is required. * Strong proficiency in AutoCAD. * Knowledge of Revit MEP is an advantage. * Good understanding of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, piping, and other mechanical systems. * Experience with shop drawings and as\-built drawings. * Good knowledge of MEP coordination. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. * Good communication and teamwork skills.
