This position is responsible for managing lease contracts for commercial properties, including shops, cafeterias, groceries, salons, and commercial building towers. Additionally, the role involves processing technical evaluations and overseeing revenue management. **Job Summary:** The incumbent goal is to contribute to the overall success of the company by effectively managing contracts, leases, and accommodations for commercial \& company\-owned properties, ensuring strict compliance with Qatar law and Municipality regulations. **Qualifications (e.g., Education)** Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, such as Hospitality, Real Estate, Property Management or Facilities Management **Work Experience (e.g., Number of years and field / role)** Minimum 5 years of field related experience out of which 2\-3 years GCC experience preferably in property management or real estate industry **Certificates \& Trainings Any relevant certification or training such as:** * Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) * Real Estate Management Certification * Project Management Professional (PMP) **Skills Communication,** * Problem\-Solving * Adaptability Pay: QAR10,000\.00 \- QAR12,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
