The ideal candidate will have experience in high\-volume bars, lounges, or nightlife venues and be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while contributing to sales growth. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and serve beverages according to venue standards and recipes. * Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests. * Recommend drinks, upsell premium beverages, and promote special offers to maximize sales. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times. * Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements. * Ensure accurate cash handling and POS transactions. * Follow all hygiene, safety, and company procedures. * Assist in creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere for guests. * Work closely with management and service staff to ensure smooth operations. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a bar, nightclub, lounge, hotel, or restaurant. * Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage service. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment. * Strong sales and upselling skills. * Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. * Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience in Doha or the GCC hospitality industry. * Experience working in high\-volume nightlife venues. * Basic flair bartending skills and cocktail creation experience. * Strong local customer relations and repeat guest following.
