Summary: Seeking an experienced ELV/CCTV Draftsman to prepare high-quality technical drawings and design documentation for security systems in compliance with Qatar regulations. Highlights: 1. Prepare detailed CCTV and ELV shop drawings, layouts, and installation drawings. 2. Develop schematic diagrams, single-line diagrams, and cable routing drawings. 3. Coordinate with project teams and clients for successful project execution. About the Role We are seeking an experienced ELV/CCTV Draftsman to prepare high\-quality technical drawings and design documentation for CCTV, ELV, and security systems in compliance with Qatar regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing detailed design drawings, shop drawings, as\-built drawings, and authority submission documents while coordinating with engineers, project teams, and clients to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MOI CCTV regulations, ELV systems, and AutoCAD drafting, with proven experience on projects in Qatar. Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed CCTV and ELV shop drawings, layouts, and installation drawings. * Develop schematic diagrams, single\-line diagrams, riser diagrams, and cable routing drawings. * Prepare MOI\-compliant CCTV drawings for authority approvals. * Produce As\-Built drawings, red\-line markups, and project documentation. * Coordinate with MEP, Civil, and Architectural teams to resolve drawing clashes. * Prepare drawings for DSA, DIA, and MOI submissions. * Revise drawings based on consultant, client, and authority comments. * Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, Qatar standards, and MOI requirements. * Support project engineers during design, installation, and commissioning stages. * Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and document control. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. * Minimum 4–5 years of experience as an ELV/CCTV Draftsman in Qatar. * Strong knowledge of CCTV Systems, ELV Systems, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Intercom, Public Address, and Security Systems. * Proven experience preparing MOI\-compliant CCTV drawings and authority submission documents. * Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). * Experience with Revit and BIM is an advantage. * Experience preparing Shop Drawings, As\-Built Drawings, Schematic Diagrams, Riser Diagrams, BOQs, and Material Take\-Offs. * Good understanding of MOI CCTV regulations, Qatar construction standards, and ELV design requirements. * Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project teams. * Strong attention to detail and time management skills. * UPDA/MMUP Engineering Classification (Grade A, B, or C) is preferred. * Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage. * Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
