Summary: Seeking an experienced FLS Architect responsible for Fire & Life Safety design coordination, code compliance, and ensuring architectural designs meet fire safety standards. Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with Qatar Civil Defence, QCS, NFPA, and international codes 2. Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, consultants, and project teams 3. Identify and resolve FLS-related design issues during project execution We are seeking an experienced FLS Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Fire \& Life Safety design coordination, code compliance, and ensuring all architectural designs meet local and international fire safety standards. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and review Fire \& Life Safety (FLS) architectural designs and drawings. * Ensure compliance with Qatar Civil Defence (QCD), QCS, NFPA, and international codes and standards. * Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, consultants, and project teams. * Review evacuation plans, compartmentation layouts, and fire escape routes. * Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and site inspections. * Identify and resolve FLS\-related design issues during project execution. * Prepare technical reports and support authority submissions and approvals. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field. * Minimum 10 years of experience in Fire \& Life Safety design and architectural projects. * Strong knowledge of QCD, QCS, NFPA, and international fire safety regulations. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software. * Excellent communication and coordination skills.
