Summary: Seeking an experienced Kitchen & Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance needs of multiple F&B outlets and facilities, focusing on hot and cold kitchen equipment. Highlights: 1. Repair and maintain hot and cold kitchen equipment 2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance 3. Troubleshoot equipment faults and carry out timely repairs We are urgently looking for an experienced **Kitchen \& Maintenance Technician** to support the maintenance requirements of multiple F\&B outlets and facilities. Key Responsibilities * Repair and maintain **hot kitchen equipment**, including ovens, cooking ranges and other cooking equipment. * Repair and maintain **cold equipment**, including chillers, freezers, refrigerators and ice machines. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime. * Maintain **digital Preventive Maintenance (PPM) reports and checklists** for kitchen assets. * Troubleshoot equipment faults and carry out timely repairs. * Support maintenance requirements across **4 F\&B outlets, staff accommodations, luxury stores and apartments**. Requirements * Proven experience as a **Kitchen Equipment / Maintenance Technician**. * Strong hands\-on knowledge of **both hot and cold kitchen equipment**. * Good troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. * Able to maintain digital maintenance records, PPM reports and checklists. * Previous experience in **restaurants, hotels, hospitality or F\&B operations** is preferred. * Must be **currently based in Qatar**. * Must have a **transferable visa with NOC**. * **Immediate availability is required.** Apply Qualified candidates may send their updated CV to: **recruitment.yws01@gmail.com** **Subject:** Application – Kitchen \& Maintenance Technician Pay: From QAR3,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
