Implement process improvements to optimize operations We’re Hiring: Warehouse Manager – Home Furnishing \& FMCG **Role Overview** We are looking for a dynamic professional with a strong background in **Home Furnishing and FMCG warehouse operations**, capable of managing complex logistics, large inventories, and high daily throughput. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee **end\-to\-end warehouse operations** (inbound, storage, dispatch) * Manage **high\-volume inventory flow** with accuracy and efficiency * Lead and supervise warehouse teams to ensure **productivity \& safety** * Implement **process improvements** to optimize space, cost, and turnaround time * Ensure adherence to **quality, compliance, and safety standards** * Coordinate with supply chain, retail, and logistics teams for smooth operations **Key Requirements** * Proven experience in **warehouse management (Home Furnishing / FMCG preferred)** * Strong exposure to **high\-volume business operations** * Ability to manage **large teams and multiple stakeholders** * Hands\-on experience with **WMS / inventory systems** * Strong leadership, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills Job Type: Permanent Pay: QAR4,000\.00 \- QAR5,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
