Maintain organized project records and correspondence Architectural Project Coordinator We are seeking an organized Architectural Project Coordinator to follow up and coordinate interior fit\-out and joinery projects from contract stage through production, installation, and handover. **Key responsibilities:** * \* Coordinate between the technical office, procurement, factory, and site teams. * \* Follow up shop drawings, material submittals, approvals, and project schedules. * \* Prepare weekly progress reports, meeting minutes, and action lists. * \* Identify delays, risks, and pending decisions and report them to management. * \* Maintain organized project records and correspondence. **Requirements:** * \* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. * \* 2–5 years of experience in fit\-out, interior design, joinery, or contracting. * \* Strong communication, coordination, and follow\-up skills. * \* Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project documentation. * \* Very good written and spoken English. Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) License/Certification: * Valid Qatar driving license is required. (Required) Work Location: In person
